Shipping policy
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping cost is calculated based on the carrier service and the delivery address.
Orders ship on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding U.S. holidays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination zone and the carrier we use (UPS or USPS):
- West: 2 to 4 business days
- Central: 3 to 5 business days
- East: 4 to 6 business days
Orders may ship from multiple locations. The Customer will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number for each shipment.
If there is a delay that affects the shipping times above, the Customer will be notified by email or text message within 48 hours of placing the order.
All orders are processed once the Customer's debit or credit card has been authorized and verified.
When does Botines Charros pay for shipping?
- When the order total, after discounts, is $180 USD or more.
- When the Customer makes their first purchase at botinescharros.com and uses the code FREESHIPPING at checkout.
- On exchanges and returns, as described in our Returns Policy.
When does the Customer pay for shipping?
- When the order total, after discounts, is less than $180 USD.
