Points start adding up once you create your account. Purchases you made before signing up don't earn points.

You earn 1 point for every $1 USD you spend. The higher your tier, the more points you earn per dollar (see the tiers and their rates on this page). You can also earn points like this:

• Review with photo: 30 points
• Review with video: 40 points
• Follow us on Instagram: 20 points
• Birthday gift: 200 points
• Sign-up welcome bonus: 200 points

They're credited at the time of your purchase.

Yes. You earn and use points the same way online and in our stores. At the register, just give your email to earn or redeem.

On your birthday, you'll get an email letting you know we've added 200 points to your account. It's automatic.

From time to time, we run days when you earn double points on your purchases. When we do, we'll let you know by email or SMS. They don't have a fixed date.

At checkout, you'll see the option to redeem points. Choose how many you want to use, and they'll be applied as a discount. You need to be logged in.

100 points equal $5 USD off. The value stays proportional when you redeem more.

For now, points discounts can't be combined with other promotions. You can use one or the other on each purchase.

Your points stay active as long as you keep shopping. Any purchase resets the expiration of all your points for another 12 months. In-store purchases count too, as long as you give your email at the register.

There are five tiers. You move up by reaching any one of these three paths: spending a certain amount, making a certain number of purchases, or referring a certain number of friends.

No. Once you reach a tier, you keep it. (The only exception is if you return purchases that put you below the amount you qualified with.)

Tier changes can take up to 30 days. This waiting period confirms the purchase isn't returned before your new tier is applied.

When you enter a new tier, you receive a welcome credit coupon (one time only, upon entering). Higher tiers earn more points per dollar and add benefits like a birthday gift, double points days, and, at Diamond, invitations to exclusive events.

Share your referral link. When your friend makes their first purchase, you both get points.

The points you earned on that purchase are adjusted or removed based on what you return. If you've already used them, your balance may temporarily go negative until your next purchase.
