Refund policy

Returns
Ourreturnspolicy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Free returns only apply on products purchased at their regular price (without any discount).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued (if applicable)
Reserve with obvious signs of use.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing a part for reasons that were not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is applied.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at botinescharros@gmail.com and send your item to: 1936 NorthTexas St, Fairfield CA 94533, USA.

Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to: 1936 NorthTexas St, Fairfield CA 94533, United States.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it is the time it takes for your returned product to get back to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
