Exchanges and Refunds

1. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Note: Products purchased at Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the product has a manufacturer's defect or the wrong size or model was shipped.

Who pays the cost of returns?

Botines Charros LLC pays the cost of return when:

1. The product you purchased has a manufacturing defect.

2. By mistake we sent you the wrong product, or it is not the product you purchased.

The Customer pays the cost of the return when:

1. The customer wants to exchange the product for a different color.

2. The customer wants to exchange the product for a different size.

3. The customer wants to exchange your product for a different product.

4. The customer did not like the product and wants to return it for no other reason.

Note: Products purchased in Final Sale do not have exchanges or refunds, unless the product has a factory defect or we have sent you the wrong product in size or model.

Shipping and Returns

In what situations does Botines Charros LLC pay the shipping cost?

When the customer purchases a product greater than $299 USD or your order of several products exceeds $299 USD.

In what situations does Botines Charros LLC pay the cost of returns?

1. When the product you purchased has a manufacturing defect.

2. When we mistakenly send the wrong product, or it is not the product that the customer purchased.

In what situations does the Customer pay the shipping cost?

When the product you purchased is below $99 USD or your multi-product order is below $299 USD.

In what situations does the Customer pay the cost of returns?

1. When the customer wants to change his product for a different color.

2. When the customer wants to change his product for a different size.

3. When the customer wants to exchange his product for a different product.

4. When the customer does not like the product and wants to return it for no other reason.

More information...

1. Shipping is free on purchases of $299 or more. U.S. only.

2. Shipments are made only on business days (Monday - Friday), not including holidays within the United States.

3. Your item can be shipped the same day of your purchase, as long as you make your purchase before 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) and on a business day (Monday - Friday).

4. The time of arrival to your destination depends on the location to which the package is sent, it can take from 3 to 9 business days and depends entirely on the parcel used to manage our shipments (UPS).

5. We will notify you by email within 48 hours of receipt of your order if there is a delay in your order that will affect the shipping guidelines specified above.
