Shipping

Free shipping on orders of $180 USD or more (after discounts), and on your first order with code FREESHIPPING. We ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery time, in business days: West 2-4, Central 3-5, and East 4-6.

Exchanges

On every order, your first size or style exchange is free: we pay for the return shipping and for shipping your new item. If the new style costs more, you only pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference as store credit. From the second exchange on, you cover both shipping costs. Diamond-tier members get unlimited free exchanges.

The free exchange does not apply to discounted items: in those cases, you cover both shipping costs.

Returns

If you prefer a refund, we pay for the return shipping.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or return. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Start your exchange or return at returns.botinescharros.com.

Final Sale and Flash Sale

Final Sale and Flash Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error in your shipment.

Defects or wrong item

If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong item, we cover the shipping.
